Dr. Abram Sharples established his medical practice in Eugene City in 1865. He practiced in partnership with Dr. A. W. Patterson, 1869-1872. He later raised hops and prunes in the Goshen area of Lane County. The collection includes receipts for medical services and various legal documents, including Sharpes' last will and testament. |
