Description Mechanic pulls propeller on experimental aircraft, "The Last Laugh", invented by Roy Scroggs of Eugene. Wingless craft was designed on the concept of the paper dart to conserve fuel and provide gliding capacity when airborne. Scene shows craft sitting in orchard, probably located on Scrogg's Santa Clara farm just north of Eugene.
