Description Participants in first Oregon Trail Pageant, "Trail to Rail" in 1926. In center of group are "King Klamath Falls" Keith Riggins and "Queen Eugene" Josephine Stofiel. The pair represented the union of eastern and western Oregon by Southern Pacific Company's Natron Cutoff railroad line over the Cascade Mountains. Pageant celebrations took place every few years from 1926-1950.
